Rocky Acres is a private community, just outside of the corporate limits of Blacksburg, Virginia, in Montgomery County.  Just minutes away from Virginia Tech, the New River Valley Mall, Christiansburg and Radford.  

Most of our dwellings come with covered porches complete with rocking chairs, porch swings, wood stoves and the luxury of quietness.

All dwellings are nestled on wooded 1/2 lots with wonderful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.    Just imagine setting on your deck watching squirrels or perhaps a white tail deer in the serenity of natural surroundings, while being within 15 minutes of the Virginia Tech Campus.

Rocky Acres is a pet friendly community, with plenty of grassy patches and gazebos to to walk or stroll your pets.  For those who like to take runs or strolls, there are lighted gravel paths that follow the wooded ridge.

The grounds of Rocky Acres are maintained by a professional staff, so even if you live in a single family home, you will not have to worry with yard work.  You can simply sit back and enjoy the wonderful and serene surroundings.
